How the Cold Brew process works

1. Insert the silicone stopper and the reusable felt filter into the brewing container according to the instructions.
2. Add coarsely ground coffee to the brewing container. A paper filter bag can be used for particularly easy cleaning.
3. Add cold water, ensuring all the coffee grounds are moistened evenly.
4. Cover the container and let the coffee steep according to the recommended brewing time.
5. Place the brewing container on top of the glass decanter and remove the silicone stopper.
6. Allow the finished coffee concentrate to flow completely through the filter into the decanter.
7. Dilute the concentrate to taste with water or milk and serve cold or hot.
